Pros
I have been working in DriveITDigital for about 2 months now. I have handled both Search Engine and Social Media optimisation projects. The work culture here is professional. Both peers and seniors are very supportive. Work-life culture is very well maintained. Best part, we have training sessions as well to enhance our knowledge.

Till now I haven't experienced any cons here.

The CEO, Mr.Ishaan is calm, collected, and with a good head on his shoulder has a vision of what to do and how to get it done.
Cons
The TL, He lacks the knowledge or etiquettes to lead a cookie scout team let alone a marketing team that deals with international clients.
