There is no pros. There is anything positive about the company. This is worst company people can thing of.

Cons

This a worst company to work with no use of having talent and they need bootlickers. Beware when you join take in writing work from home otherwise HR and Management will always tell to come to Chennai for no work. They do not have respect for any employee. Still the project is there you are safe. When they want to remove you they will tell you put your resignation and not evening paying the notice period pay. Once again beware of such fraud company.

Good Environment to become a subject expert. Expects person to fair well within a week on their subject regardless of their experience.

Cons

1.Tight Micro Management 2.Hiring slaves not employees 3.Expects everything to fall on place without proper training. 4.Too much Politics played by Senior People which management fails to address 5.Shouldn't have a Personal life, 24 * 7 need to think about work.
