      Pros

      The pay is on time, that is the only thing with this company Do nothing or work on crappy stuff and still earn money

      Cons

      If you actually work they will put all the burden on you while 50% of the team sit idle because they dont deliver quality work. The ask you to work long shifts The developer pool is the worst, they have bunch of highschoolers who have no idea about quality code The will do anything to get clients money but deliver a crappy product No growth in terms of technology and career You will be asked to work on some internal crappy ideas which will never be released or used . They just want you to work on crap because you are idle

      You are roaming in market and will receive a phone call to complete a total new demo by next day, you start coding and no time will be given to give a thought and result is messy code and now you will be forced to sit day and night to complete the code and to get a sign off.probably then you would think that why I would not a proper thought before start coding and you may feel trapped.

      Cons

      Only cons no prons at all only 1 leave in a month what being like a lala or baniya company no heirarchy at all ceo will keep shouting in meeting and even will leave the meeting in anger no corporate health plan there is no room for discussion highway or my way approach no previllage leaves in a day you have to spend 9 hours and 30 minutes and if less ready for salary cut or leave cut from your only 12 leaves Fearful environment
