Everyone is incredibly hands on and collaborative. Feedback is encouraged and acted upon. Leadership (including the CEO and founders) is approachable and engaged in day-to-day work. Smart, capable people are trusted to do their jobs without micromanagement. The culture is empowering, and the product itself is genuinely exciting -customers love it, and so do we.
