Catered lunches, you can also work from home sometimes.

Cons

You're expected to be available at all hours of the day, work life balance doesn't really exist. There is also disconnect between management and employees.Really not what I expected.

They allow remote work still.

Cons

The company really went downhill over the last year with all of the layoffs. There is zero transparency or accountability from senior management, they continuously lied to employees about the status of the company. They stopped paying out gift cards to customers, to try to extend their runway and are now lying to customers about the reasons why. I don't see how this business turns around if they alienate all of their customers. I'd be shocked if it's still around next year.
