      reasonable hours and good location

      office is riddled with gossip about each other career progression will be denied HR is absolute shambles, so is office manager predatory men towards young girls, but managers will laugh at this if you bring it up wfh is looked down on

      None whatsoever. Easy to get to by public transport I suppose. Other than that, none.

      Cons

      The most toxic environment you could wish for. No discernible management structure; failed mergers; lots of infighting; no strategy; a distinct 'do as I say, not as I do' attitude ; senior people with no business management abilities constantly berating just about everybody else. After 300 years it is still a small firm. See above reasons.
