Pros
Fast paced, get to work on many projects at the same time, innovative products and great programer team.
Cons
Difficult to understand what management wants because they frequently change the parameters. Non clear communication channels between teams and employees. Failure to communicate future decisions that impact the entire team, such as changing office locations, changing employee roles, and changes in management.

Project ownership, Great culture, Management tends to listen to their employees, exciting future, disrupting the industry norms. Overall Dub has been a great opportunity.
Cons
Sometimes we can be too focused on supporting small use cases, lack of transparency, better communication with customers, lack of user feedback.
