      Pros

      I've worked in head offices in the product development/design category for four leading retailers for over 25 years. Dunelm, is by a far the best company I have worked with. I feel like its a very collaborative company. Where your ideas are listened to and you feel like everyone is respected. I wished I'd joined earlier!
