      The benefits package was good.

      Cons

      Limited and very poor training. Micromanaging to a point that it is crippling. More business travel than initially communicated with very little notice.

      - Some hard working guys and easy to get along with - Work culture is as you expect - stable work

      Cons

      - no extra pay for overtime - no room for progression - not able to change into other departments despite the company offering a multitude of other services e.g. locating, surveying, spatial data etc
