      Pros

      I have been with Dynpro india pvt ltd for over 6.5 years, and it has been a great experience. The opportunity to work with Deloitte has been in valuable for my professional growth. The HR and management team are very supportive, and salaries are always paid on time. Overall, Dynpro India provides a positive professional and employee- friendly environment I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stable and rewarding workplace. I'm glad to be a part of this organisation.

      Nothing I feel as pro working there

      Salary credit on 7th only. Weekend means free service for company no salary for those days. For example, if your salary is 10k, they will divide it by working days only. But surprise twist comes after offer letter and during induction session. Induction itself is like watching a YouTube video in 2x speed they read everything so fast nobody understands anything. If you ask doubts, standard answer: “Nothing to worry about.” Biggest red flag sentence ever. No proper family health insurance also only for employee. In 2026, that itself says a lot about the company mindset. And best part? No official email address provided. Without official company mail, even Indian banks will look at you like freelance unemployed fellow when applying for loans. And HR response is slower than ever Corporate level comedy show running in the name of employment.
