Pros
Such a fun company to work for and has an amazing culture. Dynascape has really great employees and are very welcoming to new employees. The president is also a great guy, he gets involved and shows interest in what you do. I would definitely recommend DS as a great place to work.
Cons
Small company with limited career advancement opportunities.
