Pros

Great company to work for, very supportive and inclusive of staff. Definitely a strong disire to get better, and improve the state of things.

Cons

Unnecessarily conservative at times, risk averse and slow moving. There is definitely a move in isolated parts of the development team to move faster and deliver product enhancements faster, however there is a strong aversion to this, particularly in the marketing team. Despite efforts to get better there are still a few "bad apples" around, employees who cost the company more than they contribute.

Company used to suffer from SILOs but with their new Good to Great programme, it is improving at a very fast pace.
