Pros
It gets you 10 paid holidays if you subcontract to the government... That's about it
Cons
Three words... CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. That about sums up this company. They need you to bend to the government's contract requirements, but don't want to pay anything. Among all the groups in my office, everyone knows that they pay the least that they can get away with. Haven't gotten a raise and they just keep hiring more people that don't bring in revenue like the people that actually are contracted out to the government . They give out a $1000 "Appreciation Bonus" so they don't have to give out raises. It works out a lot cheaper that way.. and the bonus this year is supposed to be added to our regular check... So we will have even more taxes taken out than if it was a separate payment .. They take advantage of getting the label of disabled veterans, and get you for as cheap as they can. The "training" was mostly a link to how you can get free training at the library ...
