      If you don’t fit their clique, you get pushed out. It happened over and over. You get in trouble for the smallest thing, like bopping your head to the music they have playing

      Flexible schedule. Dress code. Pay

      Cons

      If you love gossip, back stabbing, constant turmoil. CEO will put your personal business out for everyone to hear. The directors have zero business being in management. CEO and director have no problem calling employees white trash or trailer trash.
