      This is a family business that is run with a family mindset. It has grown a lot in the past couple of years, increasing the opportunity for growth for people who are smart and show initiative.

      Cons

      There are limitations in the benefit package. If more PTO was available, more people would be likely to apply and work hard for the success of the business.
