Pros

Due to all the firings, they always have an opening. And if you happen to be a member of their cult of Armstrongism (WCG), you shouldn't need to worry about losing your job.

Cons

The corporate culture is in two words, career TOXIC! The funeral type atmosphere is aided by sombre faces every brings to work. And the company doesn't have an HR fun-committee because its such a joy to work there (read between the lines).

Low pay check is better than no pay check

Cons

Location, company management. Lack of support. Reputation of company. Un-balanced workload. Upper management smiles to you in person and stabs you in the back. The upper management thinks of themselves as an elite group when in fact they are a group who would never survive be able to function in a management capacity at another organization.
