Pros

The employees are awesome and great to work with. Everyone at the company (besides the CEO and one other exec) are awesome people and i believe that is the only reason why people stay. The only thing i miss about the company are co-workers and happy hours.

Cons

The CEO is a nightmare to work for. He is disrespectful and has no idea how to run a company and manage people. He is the total opposite of a typical CEO. If I was an investor in this company I would never want him meeting with any clients. He does not carry himself well and should not be representing the company. I've personally heard him lie to investors, clients and interview candidates. He would tell potential employees that there was very little turnover and that no one has the company which was a complete lie. The turnover rate is out of the roof. He is like a little kid trying to run a company. He basically wants you to have no life and dedicated every second of your life to the company. Even on weekends you would get criticized if you were not checking email every second of the day. He would also humiliate people in front of others and bully them. I'm surprised no one has sued him for harassment. The best thing I ever did was to quit this job.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work here unless you are completely desperate but don't expect much. There is a 20 word minimum so I'm just writing this to satisfy that.

Cons

Where to start...well I could start with the obvious corporate 4-5 star review plants. If they aren't then whoever wrote them are either on drugs or one of the chosen few who actually get paid. Jeff Mullen's seemingly bottomless well of arrogance and disrespect permeates through the entire organization. Simply put, the man lacks any semblance of morality, empathy, or honesty. He has surrounded himself with his buddies who can do no wrong regardless of their pathetic attempts to actually do what they are hired for. I should note that there are some good managers there but they are powerless. The place is literally a giant party for those who are in the chosen circle of Mullen. First Friday drunk fests, at least 2-3 lavish corporate retreats to determine the direction of the company (as if the dozen empty conference rooms wouldn't do to have a meeting), booze cruises to Cleveland (yes Cleveland), summer outings consisting of renting a drive in for our company only and having plenty of food and alcohol. Don't get me wrong all this would be fine if you weren't doing them at the same time you are laying off hard working people who actually need a paycheck not dinner and a movie with some beer. Our health benefits changed twice in a year getting worse each time. They tried to screw us out of a weeks pay right before Christmas but only backed off of it because the entire employee workforce was so pissed I think they were worried about a walkout. He constantly lies to board members, current clients, potential clients, etc. it was a joke when he gave a tour it was like "what new lie will he come up with next?" I could go on but the general point here is that the place is terribly mismanaged by a young, rich, punk kid who never went a day without and probably never will. He thinks the world owes him and more importantly YOU owe him your time, your effort, and your personal life to make him rich. The funny part is most of the time when you do sacrifice your time to do something or fix something it's because it's something he directly messed up or allowed to be messed up with his "jump off a cliff and sew your parachute on the way down" planning approach. If you choose to work here after reading 99% terrible reviews with the other 1% being what are obviously corporate plant reviews then I have no sympathy for you. If you are already employed there and didn't see these reviews before you took the job then God have mercy on you. A small piece of your soul will die there...

Pros

The people below the CEO level are great and share a bond usually only seen after a long wartime conflict.

Cons

Culture of Fear and Intimidation. Micromanagement taken to extremes. No one allowed to make decisions, decide on any course of action, or have any accomplishments for which they would get credit. First time CEO with a complete lack of understanding of basic corporate strategy, governance and structure which is highlighted by refusal to allow departmental budgets, over involvement in all hiring decisions, and a lack of any plans not created by the CEO.
