Being HR, I was able to help create the team atmosphere by hiring good people to work with. The atmosphere at Corporate was always positive and upbeat. I learned so much about the overall HR role during my time at Dynamite. Overall looking back, I really enjoyed my time at Dynamite. Every job has its lows, but the lows never outweighed the highs!

This job required a lot of patience. -Patience on communication -Patience on my boss allowing me to take on more tasks/ trust me overall -Patience on implementing new things

Primarily home therapy, so I did a TON of driving. Can make for a long day.
