A lot of freedom, many highly intelligent people, and beautiful facilities.
Cons
It’s marketed as a place supposed to be excellent for engineering. However, it’s also advertised as being good for entrepreneurship. Yet, they have strict rules about working on your projects after hours in the vicinity. You must declare it to the company and give them the opportunity to have the IP. So, there are some strange rules around IP ownership and using your own time but their facilities to work on your projects. This was a bit misleading, considering they claimed to encourage entrepreneurship.
