Grown so quickly that their systems and processes haven't caught up. The family feel has gone and the new feel is that of a huge multi national without the structure in place.
Flexibility with working hours. Good facilities onsite.
Cons
Senior management has changed and the focus is now not on the people. The “Dyson” feeling is gone and the company is suffering because of this. Very sad to see it happen
