It is more than 7 years that I worked with the global Esoftsys and I must say these have been years well spent. I joined here as software programmer and the kind of training and exposure I have received has been phenomenal and has helped me grow myself to where I am today. I have learnt many aspects of developing a software in Web Application ad Windows application. I have neither seen any layoff made even during recession nor did I see people on bench, I can proudly say I work for company, it encourages you to be innovative, gives you the freedom to do things the way you want to do and teaches you things that helps improvement.
