Thank you for giving feedback. I'm disappointed you could not find one positive in your time with E2open, and wish you well in your future. As mentioned in response to other posts, E2open has recognized more than 20% of employees globally with a promotion within the last 12 months. We have numerous examples of employees being given new leadership opportunities, and opportunities to move to new locations to expand their skills and experiences. Again, my best to you in your future. You have mentioned a lot of things that were a problem, and I invite you to contact me to discuss with more detail. In order for things to improve, we need to understand the facts. A survey is one way, and we will be doing one this year in selected locations. As for training, a round of management training was conducted for leaders in India, and this was well received by all 62 who participated. Another round will be offered in the coming quarter.

Pros

1. Good medical insurance policy 2. Competitive salary 3. Work from home

Cons

1. Difficult to work with the guys in R&D Bangalore team 2. No release deadline 3. Old piece of code/architecture is continued 4. Blaming and talking behind starts when the hike discussions are near by 5. Management always supports their pet guys in team. They are not warned even for behavioral issues. They just want their business to run. 6. Guys with very poor vocabulary and communication skills are promoted to next levels. They need dictionary to correct their words. They just right click on each word and correct spelling.

The Worst Place to Work

Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

Job Security (Because they find it difficult to hire new resources)

Cons

No work-life balance, no personal life. Unrealistic deadline, managers behave like a god No appreciation for hard work, they only know how to find something to criticize the employee Dumb and useless managers making life difficult A lot of Politics in the middle management to save their job Very less hike compare to market standards Very rude and unprofessional HR (after you join them) A lot of talented employees left the team and many are aggressively looking out for change. Join only if you are jobless and desperately need something to earn the living or else stay away from this place.
