      Pros

      Firm does unparalleled analytical work throughout the energy industry with a focus on long term environmental analysis. Brilliant coworkers, interesting topics of study, and overall strong culture and work-life balance. No better place to do challenging novel work and launch a career in energy.

      Cons

      Small firm with lean staff means functions like IT, HR, and accounting don't get much attention and consultants must handle independently. Reputation is strong in the relevant circles, but firm could use some additional marketing and operations support if it's going to continue to grow and build brand.

      Great people to work with; learned a lot in general

      Cons

      The work can be stressful sometimes. Junior staff kind of need to figure it out for themselves since the structure if pretty flat and there isn't a "supervisor" responsible for the career development of junior staff.
