      Good company with very poor senior IT management

      Pros

      Family atmosphere with good people who care about the quality of their work and respect the clients.

      Cons

      New IT management in 2017 is incompetent and created a very hostile work environment that in meetings involved physical threats against anybody who constructively expressed differences of opinion. My manager, who enjoyed frequent trips on the corporate jet, would often "joke" about having employees "serve" him during these trips.

      Pros

      Coworkers seem to care about each other. That is really all.

      Cons

      Continually are treated as a number and asked to work more and more overtime hours, there is nothing else if you work at this company and you do NOT get compensated for your time.

      Pros

      I love working for this company! They value their clients as well as their employs and are constantly doing their best to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for! I really like how much room there is to grow and how much there is to learn! I like how well they work with you to help you out when you are stuck or need a little pick me up! EBMS is a fun and relaxing environment to work in and I never feel alone!

      I cannot think of anything right of hand!
