They have carrom board at lunch time, 1 hour of fun if you want to play.
Cons
Poor decision making by management, it will not be in your interest to speak-up or expect a work-life balance. You might have all the enthusiasm of a puppy when you start to work, but the workplace will grind it down, end of the 2 years you will be just like others, come for passing the 9 hours compulsory work by browsing Facebook, playing games on mobile. Just when you think you have achieved what you were expected off (which will involve a lot of co-ordination, begging), you will be told that, this is not enough and worst might be told off by Management. The best advice to give to people interested to join here is this, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE ANYTHING! Just bow your head down, keep you voice low, don't attract attention and you will see your tenure go up to 10 years and more (honest truth told by several 5+ years old employees working there to me)
