      I worked in ECI Telecom as a software engineer for 3 years. It is good place to learn telecommunication domain.

      Pros

      Good learning, good management, good pay, good hike, good HR team, good colleagues, good cultural team which plans events (sports, team outing, etc..)

      Cons

      Few politics management level, no work life balance, need to work for long hours, hectic work and more pressure, not updated in technology with respect to development, do not use open source tools and uses company specific tools, Isreal teams does all the good work and handover finished or half cooked work to Indian team.
