You are simply another bee working the hive. Disingenuous, poorly educated, and consistently socially introverted trainers/management. Unassertive and highly insecure leadership, each giving off a unique and apprehensive whiff of unethical solitude in their air.

Office atmosphere was brand new, free coffee

Cons

Senior leadership and management was not great. At the end of the day, this is a collections company for student loans and the leadership team was focused on number of calls and was not visionary or innovative.
