The beginning of the end.

Pros

A really well placed company which was doing everything right and all of a sudden all pros are vanishing. Wellness Friday is still a pro and soon it will vanish too.

Cons

A healthy company focused on Postgres and doing excellent in that. all of a sudden started feeling fomo of AI boom all credits to the new management .Now the downtrend for the company has started and that can be seen just by checking the company rating graph here on Glassdoor. Management need to understand that even if changes are needed they need to be gradually introduced with proper thoughtful decisions. Making random restructuring and changing priorities are kids stuff.

Nothing at all. Complete waste

The people here are not aware of the ecosystem, tools, processes etc. There is no proper training/onboarding. It is a major hoax. The manager has zero management skills and they take rushed decisions without any thought process
