Pros
I interviewed with them in October 2012. The next day, they called me with a phone interview. Three weeks later, I was employed by that company. The recruiters definitely knew technology and understood what I was looking for. Can't do much better than one interview and one offer.
Cons
Difficult Java test, but showed my knowledge.
