The job is really easy and the pay is okay

Cons

Very unorganized. My schedule has been changed many times without being me being notified and has caused me to lose hours. I wasn’t told that 99% of employees at my location only speak Spanish, including the managers. The language barrier is tough most days.

Unethical, Management turnover all the time, bad management, no benefits, no raise, harsh working conditions, missing hours on paycheck, the list goes on
