Incompetent Regional and Swiss Executive Management. High profits, but fire people to lower cost to meet short term plan numbers. Invest very little to maintain or improve plant and equipment. Employees have to quit to get the raise they deserve/requested. Product quality data is made up or effected by unauthorized material changes. Middle Ages management philosophy.
