      Great colleagues and great teams

      Poor salary People who quit are not replaced No focus on retaining current employees Don't fix their products, just patch it and sell it Only focused on outsourcing to India Only looking at profits A lot of pressure and stress EG's own Glassdoor is spammed by Indian reviews that all says "5/5" which gives the wrong impression of this Danish department.

      This is mainly a financial optimisation and acquisition business plus politics. Every other aspec/division of this comoany can vary a lot from product to product .
