UK Management and account managers lie and expect you to work past contracted hours daily with the response ( thats sales for you ) no reimbursement for your time and no time back. Management can double your work load and not give you the resources to do your job and then complain its not being done to their standards. ( oh and no increases for doubling your workload not even a thank you ) Micromanagement was brought up plenty of times in meetings and it was agreed by employees and HR that its not on , yet management want it to be done. HR was told about fears in job security , they promised us we were safe and literally a month later all fired ( HR do not care about anyone other than the business ) Managers can discriminate against your sexuality and when you bring it to HR and management nothing gets done! Management do not care about the safety of staff and this is evident as there is no safety procedures ( shocking I know ) Great place to work is definitely not this place and I wish I could contact them and tell them how appalling this company treats staff.

*work shy account managers that lack common sense * account managers need to except more accountability instead of just piling their unwanted jobs on the reps knowing full well the reps struggle to fulfil their job in sensible working hours when the account Managers don’t even do a 8 hour shift most days. *far too much unnecessary admin due to lack of trust in the reps which Also results in undermining micro management * unbearable working hours - reps expected to not be home until 5-6pm and then do their 2.5hrs of admin when back. Nothing was done to improve this situation and no one senior was bothered as long they didn’t have to work late . * not suitable for any one who has a family or a social life * not having an office or distribution hub in the uk is a massive headache with pos and deliveries * very unenjoyable work
