Honestly their is no pro but getting a paycheck.... because you have no life outside of EMR.

Cons

Crazy shifts, you don’t know where you going to be place until they confirm your schedule late at night before or many times when you are driving to the office schedule for. . Cancel shifts on the way to work without any notice. If you are a person that just go with whatever they want to do with your time... this is the job for you. You are practically at their bet and call.
