Pros

Tough to find a pro for this company. Before the company became Enavate, it was a decent place to work. Management took care of the people and there seemed to be a viable plan.

Cons

Since the change in leadership the company has lost clients and employees. Viability has to be a concern. Talk of training for employees and a Dynamics AX university never materialized. Key talent has either left the company or been released as the company sought cost-cutting measures.

Pros

PTO, no micromanaging, hours of work

Cons

When I thought this is it, this is the job I love the most, they let me go! And they let go a bunch of other people, without caring how their lives would be impacted. Laying off people right before the holiday season-only someone who doesn't care about their employees would do that. When I had so many other opportunities, i wish I chose something else instead of going with Enavate and this may not have happened. No raise, no bonus, it just went from top to worst! AVOID THIS PLACE! DON'T FALL FOR THE GOOD REVIEWS.

On life support and looking bleak.

Pros

When the current owners took over, there was still a small company cohesiveness. Good communication within individual teams, even if communication from upper management was inaccurate and inconsistent. Core team of people who had been there at the beginning of the company were still in place even after two buyouts. However, that core team is no longer there. Large customers are no longer there, and the company seems to be really struggling to find it's place in the market.

Cons

Through an inability to retain good talent, make sales or follow through on long term plans, customers failed to keep or build relationships with Enavate. And after furloughs and layoffs, the ability to deliver on promises has been crippled.
