Cons
The CEO doesn't know what she's doing and will do whatever it takes to get ahead. Even lie about her product. I've seen evidence that a shipment of product that she received was NOT organic, even though she advertises it as such. That's illegal. She is also a very unprofessional and vengeful person. I respectfully put in my 2 weeks resignation and she proceeded to insult me personally and try and burn bridges by trying to pit me against my coworkers (saying that my coworkers talk bad about me). Needless to say, it didn't work. If you want to work for a shady company that utilizes illegal practices, go ahead. Don't say you were never warned.
