It is a huge list but I cannot think and put all of them here. The one that I remember are put here. * Hard work is considered seriously and you will be promoted quickly * Good salaries * Very flexible office times * Salaries always given between 1st and 3rd of every month * Senior management regularly follow up with managers on the progress * Every single project is thoroughly understood, take all senior people opinions and then decisions are taken * Highly professional in dealing with the employees * Visibility is very high (whether you do good thing or bad thing) * Payments & hikes are better than industry standard * list can continue to many pages here..... There are many more to write if I have to write the list. For every organizations there are good and bad things associated with it. What I feel is, we should evaluate how much is the good and how much is the bad. If one out weighs the other by nominally then it is neutral. If one out weighs by huge difference then we should give that rating. Even though almost everything is good, management is still serious about improving the standards wherever and whenever it observes that something can be improved. The list can continue but I made my point, hence closing this here.

No serious complaints.... Just to point out something, I would say that management should consider paying the PLI component to the employees before end of February of the following year.

1. Just the "Domain" (When i say this, there is no training / doc's / any sort of info other than in one persons mind, so u will just work on a domain "PAYMENTS", with no BASIC knowledge and just a dumb fool, i know this is not Pro's, still had to write 20 Word's ) 2. For sure Location City Centre.

1. Ur a salve with lot of pressure to fix issues, even when u dont know the system right they expect you to resolve issue in no time 2. Top Management tries to poke nose even they dont understand the issue 3. infrastructure in terms of systems are v bad 4. Work location (office) is not that great, in terms of cleanliness 5. HR , is a word something like that is in-existent. 6. no AC / no Printer access / No desk phones / no desk lockers / no Cabs / no canteen / no overtime pay or respect for what you have done 7. "Hike" never happens at the right time, fight for ur Arrears / fight for your PLI, More life manufacturing domain where daily wages employees fight hike (there is a big catch in salary break down, its a v big story on itself) 8. Not a single person is Accountable for any employee 9.Not just 2 ppl are involved to develop the app, there are other ppl in team, and other teams too. 10. You have ALREADY lost ALL the ARCHITECTS of ur products, dont lose the constructors too.

I have been in this company for a year ,Great company to attain knowledge & to become a domain expert. HR executive is awesome , she will motivate candidates to join the company , senior Management team every week interacts with team members to understand the pain areas to address the critical issues. This is the only company where EVP & CEO discuss with the senior management team to get into the root of the issue & try to resolve at the earliest. Our EVP who motivates female employees to fit & perfect ,manage better work life balance. Even though if your not part of her vertical she will interact each & every employee to understand if he/she having any professional or personal issues. Female EVP rocks, credit goes to her for her patience to listen to others & motivating Female employees to look young. One more feathers to her for streamlined change control board process. Kuddos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bureaucratic company that has nothing much to offer.

1) old player in the market. But the domain is a very tiny part of payments. Not much to gain as knowledge.

1) Bureaucracy at it's peak. Almost impossible to learn anything or get any work done, as people have been ingrained with a very closed and bereaucratic outlook. Nobody will share knowledge in this company. 2) HR is useless. They only function to help the management sack people. They have no power or structure by themselves. 3) There is no structure or organisation in the company. Nobody has an idea what exactly needs to be done. Everything is chaotic and everybody will keep blaming each other when things fail. and they fail all the time! 4) Executive management lack maturity or vision, and treat employees like children. 5) Employees are a floating population. Every 6 months you will see a fresh batch!
