Pros
As long as there are groups with a common enemy (2 major groups on opposite ends of several scales), the daily working atmosphere is "pleasant".
Cons
If you are in the group of newly taken on employees, chances are you will be worked out of the company as soon as possible by the "old" generation (several consecutive newcomers for at least 3 positions over the last 24 months in a very large ratio have ended contracts). All were attracted to move the company to acceptable levels for current customers and certification bodies.
