- Good explanation of the company/job workflow for the new employes thanks to the “Eos Academy” which offers one month training to give all the necessary insight for all the job profiles - Very good work spirit - Company adopts agile methodologies - Colleagues are always very helful and supportive with one another
Cons
- In some case, projects lack teamwork, or can be better organized at the initial state
