Run away from this place. It’s like a bad dream. Someone gets hired and fired almost every single day. Half the company just got laid off, and the owner is sexist and racist.

Cutting edge technologies depending of the project/lead will work with. Good catering. Location is not that bad. If you plan the game nobody cares about results.

Cons

CEO always blames someone instead to assume his fault. He thinks he is a genius and philosopher, but almost the whole company doesn’t trust on him and ignore his comments. Very low professional practices with miserable ethical. Only one client, all eggs in only one basket over the years. As a genius the CEO didn’t read the second chapter of the book “How to run a business for dummies”. The environment was a mess times 10. Little few high skills and experienced professional, the majority were juniors, and mediocre. Zero planning, any concrete numbers to make decisions, no directions. Family, if you’re part of the same last name you’re good, otherwise... The two directors were a joke, completely.
