Pros

Work Hours, lunch break, and clock out time

Cons

Warning! This company is not a normal company. They will try to impose a "culture" on you that most people are not fond of. You will be REQUIRED to do homework and present it in from of the class/team. You will be REQUIRED to take part in a potluck of which you will be REQUIRED to spend your own money to participate in . Pay is not so great. You will be REQUIRED to do janitorial duties such as cleaning bathrooms and cleaning up after your coworkers. The environment in the building can be smoke and mirrors. Owner and CEO are the architects of this "culture". If you decide to work here do not settle. In some way before its all over you will come up on the short end of the stick. Apply wisely but I would advise anyone who applies not to consider this place a career move. It is a place to earn checks until you find the job you really want.

Pros

The management truly cares about its team, there are great benefits, they provide quarterly events to interact with coworkers outside of work. They listen to employee suggestions for improvements.

Cons

The work can be tedious, and the summers with no AC can be tough.

Pros

Met a lot of cool warehouse workers and temp employees, who were mostly all let go.

Cons

This is for the Mesa location specifically. I cannot speak on the business outside of this specific location. Cult-ish. Favoritism. Preferential treatment. High school drama. Passive aggressiveness. Generally unprofessional environment. Its like if the type of people who never grew up after high school ran a business. Emphasis is 1000% on sucking up to your boss, congratulating the CEO on every little thing he does, going to the same church that everyone else goes to, or just being a general bootlicker than it is about getting your job done. If you want a job where you have to play a social game and preach fake "core values" then this is where to go. From the inside it very much feels like an angsty scrappy little start up, and they definitely treat the warehouse workers like it. If you do anything that someone upstairs doesn't like you get booted for "not being a culture fit." To get into leadership there you have to read some books and do some online courses, on your own time. This is a job that wants 100% of your attention at all times. This job is everyone's social life, and if you don't join that social game with everyone, they will not like you. Work here if you're good at pretending. I would only recommend this job to kids fresh out of high school looking to get some tech experience on their resume, but be advised, STAY OUT of the social game, get your experience, and get out. Year or two at most.
