I joined this agency as an account executive and worked for 2.5 years. Working in advertising agency is never a easy job, it requires you to work under high pressure, multi tasking at all time, and great communication skills internally and externally. ES provides me a good environment as a new graduate, a lot of opportunities to have hands on experience. The management gives you the space to grow and proper training to adapt into this industry.
