      Teamwork thrives at ES3 and cross-functional communication enables all teams to do impactful work, learn from each other and deliver great results. Fantastic group of smart, talented people that makes work fun.

      Cons

      It is not a con, simply and aspect of agency work. Pressure of client deadlines and changing priorities are to be expected. There is no such thing as a "typical" day. Always new challenges to tackle and learn from together.
