      Pros

      As a beginner it a good place to work with and I have received the same reviews from fellow colleagues. You'll be given more responsibilities to challenge yourself.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is just you, you'll have to learn everything from the scratch and there is not protocol / some guide on the procedures and functions around.
