      Projects in many areas of engineering, incentive on research and investment on product quality. Chance to work in different assignments like sales, product development, product support, project management. Opportunities to foreign training with partners company.

      Salary not so great, benefits also. Unbalanced promotions. Some managemant gaps

      - Good salary +benefits package - Flexible working times - Great opportunity to learn, mainly for fresh graduates - Opportunity to travel throughout the country - No micro-managing. People rely in your capacity to do the job - Technical team is very skilled, company is filled with great people - Possibility of relocation to other offices of the company, if needed

      Cons

      - Communication is a long time problem of the company. Information get lost from directors to the team, managers not always know what's going on in the lower ranks, lots of white noise. - Almost no feedback is provided about the job. Yearly evaluation misses the point, as the work is not followed close, turning ratings into guesses.
