I enjoyed working at ETAK Systems as engineer. The management and leadership team is great. They really created an awesome culture and the benefits are really good for the company size.

Cons

The only negative is the lack of upward mobility within the company. You can add more roles and responsibilities, but no advancement. This is hard to do with the current structure without relocations, growth, and market expansion though, which is partially established.
