      Small company under the big Bosch umbrella; gives very good exposure to business!

      Pros

      You get to work with very good & intelligent people. Deep dive into automotive embedded technology is a plus. One gets to see all aspects of business.

      Cons

      Borrowing processes, approaches from big Bosch simply kills the motivation of people. Because of this decisions are slow and company loses agility. Disconnect between management & people!
