HE is always putting false reviews on glass door to attract employees. Exfo has always high attrition rate to save it's costing. No value for employee who worked more than 5 years. Very Bad management from top to bottom. No work life balance. HR and managers from top level should be removed.

I would like to suggest freshers not to join this company if they are looking forward to join as an intern. They hire interns for no purpose. Internship period here is total waste of time as there is no scope for getting permanent employment here. You will be considered for permanent position only if you are willing to staying late in office even if you have no work. The working environment here is horrible because managers consider employees as their slaves. During internship period you will be provided no guidance at all and they expect from interns to work as good as senior employees which is really harassing.
