Pros

Good scope of learning at fresher level. Apart from this nothing else I find to describe more.

Cons

Favoritism for some resources who joined initially for those who keep joining later, no one cares to involve them in team and provide KT. And keeping underestimating and insulting for every work you do. People who can butter can only survive in this company. Managers really need guidance and training to be actually become managers. I advice not to join and wait for better opportunity, sit back jobless for couple of months than joining here.
