      Incredible flexibility at EPF. work from home, flexible hours, 10bis, amazing salaries with opportunities for monthly bonuses

      Cons

      Insane micromanaging, upper management loves you until they don’t - and once they don’t - you’re screwed. If you agree to be their puppet you’ll have a wonderful career there. CEO is literally as hands off with consultants as possible. Over a year into the job he asked me my name… we shared an office in a we work and he didn’t know peoples names. It was nuts
